Shemise Shanelle Williams, affectionately known as “Cee Cee”, was born on January 2, 1979 to Deborah Williams and Lawrence Collins; she was the youngest of two children born of this union. Cee Cee confessed Christ as her Lord and was baptized by Reverend Ray Smith at the United Missionary Baptist Church. She often said she would one day share her testimony and seek forgiveness."
Those who had the opportunity to spend time with Cee, could probably hear her voice or could imagine what she is saying at this very moment because Cee was going to be Cee.
